This $26.4 billion package includes crucial support to Israel, including $4 billion in funding for essential defense systems like the Iron Dome, David's Sling, and Arrow-3. Domestically, the bill includes $400 million in additional funding for the Nonprofit Security Grant Program which will help protect communities from antisemitic violence.

On Saturday, April 13th, Iran launched a devastating attack on Israel, using drones, cruise missiles, and ballistic missiles in a clear escalation of hostilities. Thankfully, due to the incredible efforts of the IDF, US armed forces, and Israel’s regional partners, 99% of the incoming projectiles were intercepted, saving countless lives. This heinous attack underscores the dire need for Congress to pass this urgently needed aid to our ally, including roughly $4 billion for the Iron Dome, David’s Sling and Arrow-3 missile defense systems.

This package also provides $400 million in supplemental funding for the Nonprofit Security Grant Program (NSGP). This funding is desperately needed to keep our houses of worship safe and secure during this time of heightened threats to our community.
